Privacypolicy

Your progress stays on your phone. Analytics and ad partners receive device-level data, never your name or contacts. Here is exactly what, and how to opt out.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Arrow Puzzle: Tap Away ("Arrow Puzzle", the "Game") is a mobile game for Android and iOS published by Wyron Technologies ("Wyron", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Game stores on your device, what is sent to our analytics and advertising partners, why, and how you can control or delete it.

The Game has no accounts, no login and no multiplayer. It works fully offline. Our company website has its own privacy policy.

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to info@wyrontechnologies.com.

2. Information that stays on your device

Your progress is saved only on your device, in the Game's private storage, and never uploaded by us:

  • Current level, stars per level, coins, unlocked and selected themes.
  • Daily challenge completions and your streak.
  • Hints and undos used today, so the free daily allowance can be counted.
  • Settings: sound, music, haptics.
  • Whether you bought the remove-ads purchase, how many levels since the last ad and when it was shown.

Uninstalling the Game deletes this data. In version 1 there is no cloud save, so progress does not transfer between devices.

3. Analytics and crash reports

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the Game is played and to fix crashes. These services receive:

  • Gameplay events without any personal content: level started, completed, restarted or quit, moves, hints and undos used, stars earned, daily challenge completed, theme changed, purchase completed, an ad shown or a rewarded video watched.
  • Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, country derived from IP address, screen size, and a random app-instance identifier that Firebase creates on install.
  • Crash reports: stack traces, device state and the app-instance identifier at the time of a crash.

We also use Firebase Remote Config to adjust settings such as ad frequency, hint prices and difficulty without releasing an update. Remote Config fetches use the same app-instance identifier.

Analytics data is retained by Firebase for 14 months. We do not add names, email addresses or other identifying information to analytics. Google's privacy policy and the Firebase terms apply to its processing.

4. Advertising

The Game is free and supported by advertising. Interstitial ads are shown between levels after level six, at most one every three levels and never immediately after a restart. Rewarded videos are shown only when you choose to watch one for a hint, an undo, extra coins or a daily bonus. There are no banner ads.

Ads are served through a mediation platform, Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) or AppLovin MAX, which requests ads from networks that may include Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads and AppLovin. To serve and measure ads these partners receive:

  • Your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking, otherwise none).
  • IP address, device model, operating system, language, app identifier and version, and signals about the ad placement.
  • Whether an ad was shown, clicked or a rewarded video completed.

Each advertising partner processes this data under its own privacy policy. On iOS the Game asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking identifier is used; declining still lets you play with non-personalised ads. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland a consent dialog is shown before personalised ads are served, and you can change your choice at any time from the Game's settings.

Buying the remove-ads purchase stops interstitial ads permanently on that store account. Rewarded videos remain available as an optional choice.

5. Purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card details. We receive a purchase receipt that tells the Game the remove-ads product was bought so it can switch ads off, and the store restores the purchase on a new device signed in to the same account.

6. Permissions

  • Internet access: for ads, analytics and remote configuration. The Game plays without it.
  • Vibration (Android): for short haptic ticks when an arrow flies. Can be switched off in settings.
  • App Tracking Transparency (iOS): optional, only for personalised ads.

The Game does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location or files.

7. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a store or an ad partner flags a device as belonging to a child, ads are requested in child-directed, non-personalised mode. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Reset ad personalisation or opt out through your device: Android Settings > Google > Ads; iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Change your ad consent choice from the Game's settings (in regions where the consent dialog appears).
  • Reset progress from the Game's settings, or uninstall to erase all local data.
  • Ask us to delete the analytics data linked to your install. Use "Request data deletion" in the Game's settings, which opens an email that already includes your install identifier, or email us directly.

You may also ask us to access, correct or restrict the use of any personal data we hold, or object to its processing. We respond within 30 days. If you think we have not handled your data lawfully you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, to your local supervisory authority.

9. Where data is processed and how it is protected

Wyron does not run its own servers for the Game. Analytics, crash and configuration data is processed by Google Firebase in the United States and other Google data centres. Advertising data is processed by the mediation platform and ad networks in their own regions. All traffic between the Game and these services is encrypted with TLS. Where data leaves your country, we rely on these providers' contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game or the law changes, for example when the ad mediation partner is confirmed or if a cloud save is added. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced inside the Game before they take effect.

Summary for the impatient

Arrow Puzzle needs no account and saves progress on your device. Firebase receives anonymous gameplay and crash events; ad networks receive your advertising ID and device details to show and measure ads, which you can limit in your device settings or remove with a one-time purchase. We never sell data and do not collect it from children knowingly.
